Scheduled Power Shutdown at Craigie Leisure Centre

Western Power will be undertaking a scheduled power shutdown of the Craigie Leisure Centre site, and surrounding areas, on Wednesday 6 March 2024.  

Unfortunately, due to the shutdown, Craigie Leisure Centre will be temporarily closed during the following hours on Wednesday 6 March 2024. 

• Centre / Gym closed: 8.00am - 5.00pm 
• Pools closed: 8.00am - 6.30pm 

The extended pool closure is due to the additional time required to prepare the pools safely for members and customers to return to the water.    

The following programs and services will be unavailable during the planned centre closure: 

• All group fitness and aqua classes from 8.00am - 5.00pm. 
• The créche. 
• All swimming lessons scheduled for Wednesday 6 March 2024 have been cancelled. A credit has automatically been applied.  
• All Leisure Short Courses have been cancelled. A credit has automatically been applied. 
• Sessions at Craigie Café will be providing coffee and beverage service only from 5.30am - 7.30am 

All group fitness classes and team sports competitions scheduled for after 5.00pm Wednesday 6 March 2024 will proceed as normal.
