Game Payments

Please ensure you read and understand all processes regarding Team Sports payments.

Advance Game Fee

Your Advance Game Fee (AGF) must be paid when submitting your nomination form over the counter, or as soon as practicable after submitting your electronic nomination form. This fee covers the last two games of the season (before finals for seniors or finals for juniors). Your Sports Supervisor will contact you to arrange payment of your team AGF. Your place in the competition will not be confirmed until the AGF is paid in full. Please note: game fees will apply in senior finals.

Game Payments

Teams must follow the weekly game payment process in order to be eligible to take the court for their game. Teams must:

1. Make their full game payment and any outstanding money to reception at Craigie and collect their receipt and payment card.
2. Take their payment card and give it to the umpire/referee officiating on their court.

Teams who do not supply the official with their payment card before the game will not be eligible to take the court. .

Juniors - Pay upfront

All junior teams will need to pay their full season costs upfront by Sunday 26 May 2019. The AGF will need to be paid prior to the season starting and the remainder paid by the due date.

Seniors - Pay upfront and receive one game free!

Prepaying your team's game fees upfront for the season has the following benefits:

• Save time each week without having to wait at reception
• Chasing up money from players or fill-ins each week
• Recieve one game free (valued at $73)

Your team will automatically recieve the one game free when you pay upfront. To be eligible, upfront season payments must be completed by Sunday 26 May 2019.
