Forfeit Fees
In the event of your team forfeiting, your team will be required to pay the following fees. Failure to pay forfeit fees within 14 days of the forfeited game will result in no game points being allocated to the offending team until monies are paid in full.

| Seniors | $136.00 (soccer) and $144.00 (netball and basketball) per game |
Multiple Forfeits
We understand that forfeits do occur, however in the interests of providing a high level competition, teams that forfeit more than three times in a season may be considered for withdrawal from the competition by Management.
Notifying of a forfeit
Please follow the procedure below to notify of a forfeit:
- Contact the City's Leisure Centres and advise the name of your team and the date and time of the game you intend to forfeit. The Leisure Centres will notify your opposition of the forfeit.
- Pay your forfeit fee the week immediately after the forfeit or a maximum of 14 days after the forfeit.
