Your feedback is important to us. As a valued member of Craigie Leisure Centre, you’re invited to complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

There have been so many exciting changes that have happened at Craigie over the last 12 months, so we're excited to hear about what's important to you. Your responses will help us to continue doing the things you love and help to shape further imporvements to your centre. 

By completing the survey, you will go into the draw to win one of two JB HI-FI vouchers valued at $300 each. Conditions apply.

You have until Sunday 2 July 2023 to complete the survey and be in the draw to win.

Terms and Conditions
  1. The promotion is run by Craigie Leisure Centre (‘promoter’).
  2. The promotion will run at the Craigie Leisure Centre, 751 Whitfords Avenue.
  3. Any customer who completes the survey in full will be entered into the prize draw to win one of two $300 JB HiFI gift cards. JB Hi-Fi Gift Cards do not expire and can only be redeemed at a JB Hi-Fi store in Australia or online at www.jbhifi.com.au. Craigie Leisure Centre and JB Hi-Fi will not be liable for lost or stolen gift cards.
  4. To be eligible to enter the prize draw, the survey must be fully completed.
  5. Each customer may complete only one survey.
  6. The survey period closes on Sunday 2 July 2023.
  7. The prize draw will be completed at the end of July 2023.
  8. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
