Yoga Conditioning

Yoga conditioning is a modern take on an age-old tradition. Hatha-style yoga class targeting different areas of the body each week. The class begins with Pranayama (breath), targets yoga asana (body) in the middle, and closes with 10 minutes of meditation (mind).   

   

You will feel strong, revitalised, and refreshed when you leave class. 

This class not suitable for participants who are pregnant (due to breathwork and toning strength elements of core muscles).
