Skills
| Skill 1 | Demonstrate Freestyle 25m – bilateral breathing, correct technique. |

| Skill 2 | Demonstrate Backstroke 25m – correct technique. |
| Skill 3 | Demonstrate Survival Backstroke 25m – must have knees narrow and low |
| Skill 4 | Demonstrate Breaststroke 25m – must have correct technique – legs, arms and timing. |
| Skill 5 | Show confidence swimming in the 25m lap pool. |
| Skill 6 | Dive in to deep water from a crouching position and swim back to safety. |
| Skill 7 | Demonstrate 10m dolphin kick. |
Swimming Lesson Prices
Swimming lessons are ongoing with a six week break in the December/January school holidays and a two week break in the July school holidays. Once enrolled, there is no fee to cancel your enrolment however you must provide seven days notice. Lessons do not run on public holidays.
