Skills
| Skill 1 | Demonstrate Freestyle 15m – correct technique. |

| Skill 2 | Demonstrate Backstroke 15m – correct technique. |
| Skill 3 | Demonstrate Survival Backstroke 15m – must have knees narrow and low. |
| Skill 4 | Demonstrate Breaststroke kick on the front – must have narrow knees behind the body. |
| Skill 5 | Demonstrate Breaststroke arms while standing – must have the basic concept. |
| Skill 6 | Dive in to deep water from a crouching position and swim back to safety. |
| Skill 7 | Demonstrate streamline starts. |
Swimming Lesson Prices
Swimming lessons are ongoing with a six week break in the December/January school holidays and a two week break in the July school holidays. Once enrolled, there is no fee to cancel your enrolment however you must provide seven days notice. Lessons do not run on public holidays.
