Level Five Refining stroke technique and building speed and stamina over a 25 metre distance. Level Nine A squad style session with a focus on refining competitive stroke technique and training methods. Student age: Full time school age Class duration: 1 hour Class Size: Up to ten students Class location: Indoor 25m Pool Skill 1 - 200 metres freestyle. Skill 2 - 200 metres backstroke. Skill 3 - 200 metres breaststroke. Skill 4 - 50 metres butterfly. Skill 5 - Swim 600 metres continuously with correct technique. Skill 6 - Maintain consistently correct technique for the duration fo the session. Skill 7 - Maintain competitive starts, turns and finishes for the duration of the session. Learn to Swim Plus A squad style session for students who wish to continue refining their competitive stroke technique and training in the program. Student age: Full time school age Class duration: 1 hour Class Size: Up to eight students Class location: Indoor 25m Pool Skill 1 - Swim freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly efficiently while maintaining correct technique and using professional starts, turns and finishes for the duration of the squad style session. The program breaks for six weeks over the December / January school holidays, over the Easter long weekend (Good Friday to Easter Monday, inclusive) and for two weeks in the July school holidays. Lessons do not run on public holidays. A free family swim pass is offered for missed lessons.
