Skills
| Skill 1 | Enter and exit the pool safely, unassisted. |

| Skill 2 | Blow bubbles with face submerged. |
| Skill 3 | Propel self through water. |
| Skill 4 | Float on front for three seconds then roll to back float for three seconds. |
| Skill 5 | Balance and propel self with a floatation device. |
| Skill 6 | Kick legs with a straight up and down motion. |
| Skill 7 | Paddle arms effectively (forwards or upwards). |
| Skill 8 | Jump in from the edge and turn back to safety with minimal assistance. |
| Skill 9 | Attempt pop up breathing. |
