Time Freeze Membership Details

Ongoing and Fixed membership types can be frozen for a maximum of 56 days per year, for a minimum of seven days for each freeze. Flexi membership types can be frozen once per year for a maximum of 30 days per year, for a minimum of seven days for each freeze.

Freeze length entitlements are calculated from your membership anniversary date. You will be charged an administration fee of $0.50 per day of your freeze when your request is processed.

Freezes are not available on short term or promotional memberships.
