Barb has a passion for sport and is an experienced marathon runner and fitness guru. Barb is a senior trainer who prides herself in helping people from all walks of life to continually challenge themselves. She will ask a lot of you but gives you twice as much back in helping you to become stronger, healthier and happier.

- Won the World Dragon Boat event in Penang as Captain
- Successfully summited three mountains over 6000 metres in Nepal and Tanzania
- Presently assisting clients with weight loss goals, depression, anxiety, breast cancer and MS rehabilitation
