COMBAT / CXWORX

Punch, jab and kick your way to fitness with a martial arts inspired BODYCOMBAT class for 30 minutes followed by a CXWORX class for 30 minutes. The class focuses on exercises to strengthen the core muscles of the abdominal and back using resistance bands.
