How do I get in contact?
Health and Safety
The health and safety of our employees and customers remains our priority. Please note the following protocols that have been implemented and ensure that you follow these protocols when you do visit.
Stay at home if you are sick
To keep everyone safe, please do not enter the facility if you are feeling unwell or have a fever, cough or shortness of breath. Our team will be doing the same.
Wash your hands and use the hand sanitiser
Please regularly wash your hands and use the hand sanitiser. We have installed additional stations so there is plenty available.
Attend your session and then leave
In normal times, we love to see our customers stay around after their workout for a chat and coffee in the cafe. However for the time being, please help us to manage the facility capacity and safety by completing your session and returning home straight afterwards.
Please maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres away from other customers and our team members. You'll notice floor markings in the foyer and in our studios to help guide you on the required distancing. Please take note of this signage and observe social distancing at all times.
More frequent cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces
The leisure centres team will undertake frequent cleaning and disinfection of the facilities. This includes equipment that may be used in classes. We will also be regularly disinfecting high touch surfaces, including the self service kiosks after use.
Bring your own water bottle, towel and mat
Please ensure you bring your own water bottle and towel to each session. If you are attending a group fitness class that requires a mat, you'll need to bring your own. Please understand that for your own safety, and the safety of others, you will not be able to attend if you do not bring your own towel and mat.
