Craigie Leisure Centre offers Corporate Membership for City of Joondalup based organisations, aiming to improve the health, fitness and wellbeing of employees.

The Corporate Membership program entitles your organisation to:

10% discount on ongoing and upfront Multi Access memberships (the discount is not available on flexi membership options)
Free seven day membership trial for all employees

Eligibility

To be eligible for Corporate Membership, your organisation must have a mininum of 20 employees, and have a minimum of six employees with completed membership forms at the initial sign up. This can be combination of new and existing members. If your organisation has less than 20 employees, please contact the City of Joondalup Leisure Centres to discuss other options.

Our obligations

Once your organisation has been confirmed as a Corporate Membership Organisation, your employees are entitled to the following:

10% discount on all ongoing and upfront Multi Access memberships at Craigie Leisure Centre. This discount is not available on flexi membership options.
Free seven day membership trial for all employees.

Your obligations

To promote the benefits of the Corporate Membership to your employees through posters and flyers displayed in staff areas, via your staff intranet/newsletter/e-news and via any other mediums available.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the Corporate Membership, an organisation must meet the following criteria:
- Employ a minimum of 20 employees across the City of Joondalup and provide supporting evidence.
- Have a minimum of six employees with completed membership forms at the initial sign up process for the Corporate Member discount to be applied.
- The City must be the sole provider of a Corporate Membership program, or similar program, to your organisation.
Approved organisations must not promote the services of any other fitness provider.
Approved organisations must promote the City's Leisure Centres via the following methods: - Corporate Membership posters and flyers displayed in staff rooms and staff areas, and - Corporate Membership information and advertising on staff intranet, staff newsletter or staff e-news (where available).
The Corporate Membership Agreement must be signed by an authorised officer that makes employee benefit decisions on behalf of the organisation.
The City reserves the right to remove any organisation from the approved list at anytime. The City will inform you if this occurs and it is your responsibility to inform your employees that any discount is no longer applicable.
The City reserves the right to change the membership discount at any time. You will be informed if and when this occurs and it is your responsibility to inform your employees that the discount has changed. The City will inform any current members.
The City reserves the right to change the benefits of the Corporate Membership program at any time. You will be informed if and when this occurs and it is your responsibility to inform your employees that the program has changed.
Employees of an approved organisation can only access one Leisure Centres membership discount type. For example, they cannot access a concession discount on top of a Corporate Membership discount.
Employees of an approved organisation may not be eligible for promotions that the Leisure Centres runs.
Your employees must present their latest payslip and ID card at the Leisure Centres to receive their membership discount. Their payslip must be dated within the last four weeks. The City will run annual checks to ensure they are still eligible for the Corporate Membership discount.
Any breach of terms and conditions could result in the organisation being removed from the approved Corporate Membership list.
All membership terms and conditions apply and patrons are required to abide by the Leisure Centres Conditions of Entry.
